A full refund is applicable only if the request is made before any work has started.
Work is considered “started” once any of the following has occurred:
- Initial consultation or strategy discussion
- Account access or audit
- Campaign planning or keyword research
- Setup initiation
b) After Work Has Started
If work has already begun, refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting:
- Campaign setup/onboarding charges
- Pro-rata service fees based on work completed
- Consultation or strategy fees
c) Non-Refundable
- Setup & onboarding fees
- Consultation and audit services
- Any completed or partially completed work
d) Ad Spend Disclaimer
Advertising budget paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) is non-refundable and governed by their respective policies.

SEO is a long-term service and depends on various external factors.
Refund Terms
- 100% refund is applicable only if work has not started
- Once SEO activities begin (audit, keyword research, optimization), full refunds are not applicable
- Partial refunds may be issued after deducting:
- SEO audit charges
- Strategy and research costs
- Work completed up to the request date
Important Note
- SEO results are not guaranteed
- Rankings depend on competition, algorithm changes, and website condition
- Lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund

Refund Policy
- Full refund is available only before work begins
- Once work starts (content planning, design, posting, or ads), deductions will apply for:
- Creative/design work
- Content production
- Pro-rata service charges
Non-Refundable
- Completed creatives, captions, reels, or posts
- Paid advertising spend on social platforms

Refund Terms
a) Before Project Start
Full refund available only if development has not started
b) After Project Start
Refunds will be processed after deducting:
- UI/UX design and planning charges
- Development work completed
- Third-party costs (themes, plugins, licenses, hosting, etc.)
c) No Refund Cases
- Once the website is delivered, approved, or deployed
- Delays due to lack of client communication, content, or approvals
- Change of mind after project initiation
5. General Terms
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to our official support contact
- Refunds are subject to internal evaluation and approval
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, sales, rankings, or ROI
